✦ Synopsis
FIVE FIGURES
At the present time there is available no exact information concerning the physical condition of living nerve cells. Earlier authors as well as recent investigators have neglected this question, in spite of the fact that new methods have been devised by the aid of which it could have been approached. It is the purpose of this series of experiments to obtain new information about the subject by means of the microdissection method as applied to living cells.
