โฆ Synopsis
This paper present a wealth of, mntcrinls collected by a ,TiEll investigation on development 2nd application of RO and UF technique in China. The investigntion was or[;~~ni:red hy ihe Desalination and Waker Reuse Society, China, in l(lC3. The status of development and application of 1~0 and UF technique in China are introduced overall in this piper. Relalzive Societies, Journals and Conferences are also listed. The research and development of RO technique started in lg6G in China, nnd the UF technique wzs studied since about 1970. No-w about four hundred researchers are engnging in il0 and UF projec-t. About thirty factories :for mnnuf-:c-ture of RO and 1JF equipment appear for the time being. The applications of RO and UF hzve been sprcaded to a lot of fields.

Health insurance programs have changed rapidly over time in China. Among rural populations, insurance coverage shifted from nearly universal levels in the 1970s to 7% in 1999; it stands at 94% of counties in 2009. This large increase is the result of a series of health reforms that aim to achieve un
Reverse-osmosis membrane-grade aromatic polyamides have been synthesized by reacting 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid separately with three different acylchlorides, viz. isophthaloyl chloride, terephthaloyl chloride, and 4,4 -diphenyldicarboxylic acid chloride. Using these polyamides, asymmetric membranes we
Unlike non-charged macromoles, the general unsteady state convection-diffusion equations associated with the osmotic theory do not allow accurate prediction of the ultrafiltration or reverse osmosis in unstirred batch cell of charged solutes. According to the results obtained with total retention of
In the past two decades desalting technology has been selectively used to solve water shortage and water quality problems in the more arid regions of Israel. The multi-year experience gained in design, construction and operation with a variety of technologies for desalting of various brackish and s
