✦ Synopsis
This paper presents modern statistioal methods used for quantitetive genetics and plant breeding. It oontains biometriml anelyeis prinoiplea of fixed model for an identioal, inmrnp1et.e diallel or088 eeriea. The theory of vector spaae is ueed for estimation of parameters aasumed in the model and for pedomnae of the analyeis of varianae. As a result, the eatimstion of all group of parametere treated in the model, is independent. Theoretioal results are illllstrated by numeriael examples from winter what breeding.
