## Abstract The stability of the steady flow of a viscous liquid through a thickβwall, threeβlayer, viscoelastic tube with different rheological parameters for each layer is studied. The temporal and spatial eigenvalues of the system are found. Influence of the material parameters of the layers and
Laminar diffusion flames of methane were burned on small tubes. Flow velocity, temperature and composition were measured over a small region near the flame base. The central stream of methane entrained air below and through the flame, cooling the flame base to about 1500Β°C but increasing the reactan
A numerical scheme is developed to obtain the flow field around one, two and five ellipsoidal objects inside a cylindrical tube. The scheme uses the Galerkin finite element technique and the primitive variable ( w p ) formulation. The two-dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equations are solved
