## Abstract The velocity of sound in five binary liquid mixtures of Toluene–Carbon tetrachloride, Benzene–Hexane, Cyclo hexane–Carbon tetrachloride, Hexane‐Toluene and Benzene–Carbon tetrachloride at various concentrations has been measured by the Debye Sear's diffraction method. It is found that t
