โฆ Synopsis
In this paper, a decomposition method is used for solving a two-compartment model incorporating nonlinear effiux from a peripheral compartment. The solution is useful for estimating the parameters and solving the structural identifiability of the model. The technique is demonstrated by considering two different forms of nonlinear transfer effiux.
