The country TessΓ­r is suffering from a great economic depression, the worst of which is felt in the capital city Noiknaer, a city known for schools of trade and higher learning. Government sanctioned caravans travel by secret trade routes across the country to collect and distribute food for the poor. The secret routes are being compromised, and nomadic tribes are ransacking the caravans, resulting in starvation for many citizens in Noiknaer.
