A comparison of the coadsorption of benzyl alcohol and phenyl ethanol with the cationic surfactant, hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide, C16TAB, at the air-water interface is made using the specular reflection of neutrons. The phenyl ethanol is more surface active than the benzyl alcohol, and compe
