The Sanatorium of Murcia; In Sierra Espuña, Murcia, the Sanatorium of Murcia is abandoned. Place that hosted the stay of lepers and patients with tuberculosis. The less serious occupied the ground floor of the building and the more serious the upper floor, from where they could never leave. Carlos, an unbalanced mental, is pursuing something with his hunting shotgun and his crossbow. Are they. The three couples formed by boys and girls who do not exceed twenty-three years, are forced to enter the forest in search of a refuge to spend the night.
