He should be the next prophet. But first he must face his father.

Young Daniel Ross was born to bear the title of High Prophet. One father, one son, each of them destined to rule. But Daniel's father has gone on the rampage, and what used to be a peaceful community has been turned upside down.

The High Prophet is determined to rid the community of the evil that has taken root among them. His only son, eleven-year-old Daniel Ross, will be the first to be sacrificed.

While the offenders are being rounded up, Daniel is desperate to find the only connection he has to the outside world. The only person who can help him save his people – Luna Ferris.

If his father finds him before he can reach her, all will be lost. Daniel struggles to remain faithful to God as he asks the burning question – what can such a young boy do to save his people?
