The transtent absorption behaviour of lOHacndtn-g-one and the Iktlkyi-subaituted derivattves has been investigated wtth a nanosecond dye-laser spectrometer. The S, -S, and Tt -T, absorptjons were compared m soluhons of ethanol, cyclohexane and PMMA, with and without time delay of the spectroscopic beam.
