The rosette nanotubes (RNTs) are a class of biologically inspired, self-assembling, metal-free, hydrophilic nanotubes, which hold tremendous potential as targeted drug delivery vehicles. We investigated the cell signaling events caused by lysine-functionalized RNTs (K-RNT) co-assembled with Arg-Gly-
