## Abstract We give a complete classification of equivariant vector bundles of rank two over smooth complete toric surfaces and construct moduli spaces of such bundles. This note is a direct continuation of an earlier note where we developed a general description of equivariant sheaves on toric var

β¦ Synopsis
For a finite group, we define a ring of equivariant vector bundles on finite sets which is an expanded version of the Green ring of representations of the group. We give a new proof of a decomposition of this ring into a direct sum of ideals. We use this decomposition to present Boltje's derivation of an explicit formula for Conlon induction. We show that some properties of characters of the Green ring have analogs for this ring of vector bundles. (1995 Academic Press, Inc.
