✦ Synopsis
In this paper, we study a single-mode laser cubic model with cross-correlation between real and imaginary parts of the quantum noise in which pump noise is colored. By using uniÿed colored noise approximation and locked phase, we derive the Fokker-Planck Equation of amplitude, and the analytical expressions of mean, variance, and skewness of ÿrst-passage-time of laser intensity are calculated. We present a thorough discussion of how the cross-correlation coe cient q between real and imaginary parts of quantum noise determines the behaviors of the mean, the variance, and the coe cient of skewness. Moreover, we compare the results of this paper with experimental measurements. The experimental measurements can be ÿtted better by choosing an appropriate cross-correlation coe cient q between real and imaginary parts of quantum noise.
