. Companies are failing to fully consider the consequences and implications of change.
. Many changes being introduced as a result of contemporary management practice have negative impacts.
. The assumption of steady linear progress is not always justiยฎed.
. Continuity and change are important complements, and more attention needs to be devoted to the continuity of valued relationships.
