The purpose of this study was to examine the correlations between the muscle torque of the leg extensors (quadriceps femoris) and leg flexors (hamstrings) and the bone mineral density (BMD) of the proximal femur and lumbar spine. To investigate the decline in BMD of proximal femur and lumbar spine,
