## Abstract ## BACKGROUND The association of increasing radiotherapy (RT) dose with reduced biochemical failure (BF) is accepted widely. However, there is little direct evidence that dose escalation has an impact on distant metastasis (DM) or overall mortality (OM). These associations were examine
