His current research interests focus upon economics of computers, management of information systems, career development of MIS I is an Associate Professor of Management and Organizational sciences at Drexel University. Formerly he was on the faculty of 1 Rutgers University and remains affiliated with their Institute of Manage-'; ment and Labor Relations. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from '*(, Duke University. He earned his MBA and Ph.D. in Environmental Management from the College of Business and Administration at Drexel University. He has published articles on pre-retirement planning, employee rights, age discrimination, turnover propensity of engineers, and use of paraprofessionals in Public Personnel Management, Journal of Engineering and Management technology, Aging and Work, Compensation and Benefits Review, Training and Development, and others. Current projects include the management of multicultural work forces and a continuing assessment of the status of preretirement planning for the public and private sectors. Dr. Siegel is an O.D. consultant to many corporations throughout the US and abroad.
