One morning, Thayne Jackson finds a young woman disguised as a boy hiding in his barn with toddler in her arms. Upon realizing she's injured, he takes it upon himself to let her stay with him while she heals. She won't tell him where she came from or what happened to her, but he's determined to keep her safe.
