✦ Synopsis

To prevent the autoradiolysis damage in sodium o-iodohippurate-1311 preparations, various conditions of storage have been tested: storage in isotonic solution frozen at dry ice temperature, and in freeze-dried state. A preparation which was stable ,for the guarantee period of about 1 month was obtained by storing it frozen at the temperature about -700 C. The stability of sodium o-iodoh i p p u r ~t e -~3 ~1 was compared with that of the similar compound labelled with iodine-125.

## Abstract Although radiolytic decomposition of several radiopharmaceuticals has exhibited apparent first‐order kinetics, the dependence of decomposition on drug concentration precludes a first‐order rate process. A kinetic study of the decomposition of ^131^I‐o‐iodohippurate in aqueous solution w
