Assessment of the probable impact of anything invites the opportunity to be proven right or wrong by subsequent events. This is hardly an unusual state of affairs for those of us accustomed to forecasting human performance from the limited samples of behavior which our tests represent. But, it is with some hesitation that I offer my subjective, unaided predictions to a group capable of evaluating their validity-concurrent , predictive, or otherwise.
