## Abstract By screening consecutive autopsy cases with an antibody that recognizes human polyomaviruses, we found a case of malignant lymphoma in which the virus infection was confined to epithelia of the renal calyces, renal pelvis, ureter, and urinary bladder. The virus was confirmed as BK virus
