β¦ Synopsis
By use of indirect immunofluorescence it was shown that the phosphatidylinositol transfer protein (PI-TP) in 3T3 mouse fibroblast cells is associated with the Golgi system. This was concluded from double-labeling experiments with TRITC-labeled Ricin which binds to sugar residues that are specifically processed in the Golgi system.

## Abstract The relative amount of sulfated glycosaminoglycans associated with the cell layer of parent and SV40βtransformed Swiss mouse 3T3 cells was determined from the incorporation of labeled sulfate (^35^SO~4~) into macromolecular material. In cultures of SV40βtransformed cells, the glycosamin
Time-dependent changes of the [3H]-proline-labeled noncollagenous proteins synthesized by the osteogenic cell-line MC3T3-E1 were analyzed over a range starting from cell confluency to 13 days after confluency during which time cells formed a bone-like structure. It was found that the 40 kDa protein
