Reactions of SF5NC0, SF5NH9, SF5N=SF2, SF5N=SC12 and SF5N=CC12, with appropriate substrates have produced SF5N=S(CH3)9, SF5N=CHC6H5, SF5N=CC12, SF5N=SC12, (SF5N=)$, (SF5N=)$ and SF5N=PC13, -some-of which are new compounds and some of which represent improved routes to compounds previously reported.

The preparations and properties of these are described.
