Separations of several adjacent rare earth.pairs, were investigated in order to compare the effectiveness of two cluting agents: a-hydrosyisobutyric acid (aHIBA) and a-hydroxy-c+methylbtityric acid (aHaMBA). The latter was found to be superior for certain rare earth pairs.
## Abstract This paper describes a new method for the direct separation of paraquat and diquat by CZE with ionic liquid 1βbutylβ3βmethylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate employed as reliable electrolyte. Several factors that affect the separation efficiency were investigated in detail. The experiment
