The nucleon isospin-polarization parameter and its isospin bounds are determined from the experimental data of P-P elastic and charge exchange reactions. The saturation of the isospin bounds is explained in terms of the resonance poles and zeros of the isospin exchange amplitudes in the s, I, and u-channels.
