## Abstract Six new neolignans, casearialignans A–F (**1**–**6**, resp.) and one known lignan syringaresinol‐__β__‐D‐glucoside were isolated from the leaves of __Casearia sylvestris.__ Their structures were determined on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and HR‐ESI‐MS analyses. The relative and absolute
