## Abstract A one‐stage operation is described for reconstruction of large defects of the columella nasi, the lower part of the nasal septum, and the vestibular floors. Nasolabial flaps are transposed on a cranial, de‐epithelialized pedicle, and passed deep to the nostrils into the vestibular cavit
