Overview: In the nineteenth century in Japan's California territory Lieutenant Izumo Hirohira becomes the bodyguard/secretary of Doctor Sakura Momiji a wealthy Japanese Californian cattle ranch owner and scientist working on secret government projects. They travel to the Confederate States of America aboard the top secret military (made with Venusian tech) airship Kaede. Their mission is to rescue the diplomat and crewmember survivors of a crashed spaceship from Venus. Instead they are captured by Doctor Sakura's former lesbian lover Colonel Ellie Jackson daughter of President "Stonewall" Jackson military hero of the Confederacy.
