โฆ Synopsis
The argon-PF3 complex has been prepared in a supersonic expansion of Ar (98%) and PFr (2%). A Fourier-transform microwave spectrometer employing a Fabry-Perot cavity was used to assign 28 rotational transitions. The rotational constants (MHz) and distortion constants (kHz) were A=7332.468( 10), B= 1023.055(2), C=952.564(2), 0,=3.53(l), D,,=60.4(1) and d, = -0.240(7). The argon atom is 3.953 A (rem ) from the PF, center ofmass and r,, makes an angle of 70.3" with the C, axis of the PF3.

Using a pulsed molecular beam microwave Fourier transform spectrometer, we measured the rotational spectrum of the 1.2 -difluorobenzene-argon van der Waals complex in the range from 7 to \(18 \mathrm{GHz}\). The rotational and centrifugal distortion constants were found to be \(A=\) \(1373.49072(9)
