โฆ Synopsis
Study of the time-spatial fluctuation phenomenon of void fraction in helium liquid-vapour two-phase flow is very important for understanding the transition mechanism of flow patterns, specially, in superconducting-magnet cooling system. In this paper, the void fraction wave has been studied by focusing the attention in experiment with the TSA ( Time Series Analysis ) method that is a very useful data treatment method for stochastic process. The results have clearly shown that with increasement of void fraction in helium two-phase flow the characteristic frequency in Maximum Er~tropy Marple Spectrum is moving into low frequency domain, which distinguishing feature can be used to be a new criterion for diagnosing flow patterns.
