β¦ Synopsis
We extend an earlier proposal for a theoretical formula for the mass of three known kinds of neutrinos using fusion algebra and e Γ°1Γ theory. The present idea is basically to consider that the neutrinos form a Γbackground cosmic massΓ caused by the temperature of the VAK which is akin to and derivable from the energy of the cosmic microwave background radiation. The result found is in far better agreement with the somewhat weak experimental evidence. However and unlike previous analysis, the present theory is not only logically consistent but also naturally compelling once the COBE measurements are accepted as real and accurate. This way we may regard cosmic neutrinos as well as reactors neutrinos of the b b decay of all other types of neutrinos as essentially the same and consequently as being subject to the same scaling hierarchy of the e Γ°1Γ theory.
