Recently published accurate spectroscopic data have allowed us to reexamine our latest values for the Lyman-Birge-Hopfield system of nitrogen. Residual discrepancies for (v^{\prime \prime} \leqslant 2) and for (v^{\prime \prime}) (\approx 10) can now be analyzed.
