## Abstract Liposomes of different composition have been used to modify macrophage‐mediated destruction of syngeneic cancer cells through a modulation of membrane lipid content of macrophages and/or tumor cells. Dipalmitoylphos‐phatidylcholine (DPPC)^1^ liposomes induce cancer cell lysis by normal,
