This is primarily a work of fiction though based on actual events which took place during the 80's and 90's in Dublin. While not all events are entirely factual certainly a goodly percentage is at the very least based on factual events. It is about the trials and tribulations of a security guard working in Dublin at that time, full of madcap goings on. You could not invent many of these stories in this book because truth is very often stranger than fiction. Of course all names etc have been changed, certain details omitted and so on. Life as a security guard was full of long hours and hard work but we did have a few laughs along the way. I had a few laughs writing this and I am sure you will have a few laughs reading it and certain events can only be described as too weird for words. I did my best to convey the mood. I hope you enjoy this book
