## Abstract Polychlorinated biphenyls, polychlorinated dibenzo‐p‐dioxins and dibenzofurans, HCBs and p, p'‐DDE were determined in soil and sediment samples from selected sites in Czecho‐Slovakia. for the first three groups of chemicals soil pollution in Czecho‐Slovakia is very high. in general, The
