## Abstract For percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) of oversized arteries, oftentimes a satisfactory dilatation cannot be achieved with conventional balloon systems due to the unavailability of adequately sized balloons. This fact has contributed to a higher restenosis rate for th
