## Abstract The effect of nanoparticle surface chemistry on the thermal, mechanical, and magnetic properties of poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) nanocomposites with cobalt ferrite nanofillers was studied by comparing nanofillers coated with oleic acid (OA; which does not covalently bond to the PMMA
