✦ Synopsis

This work describes the determination of the charge for various 99mTc-Sn-phosphonate complexes. The variation of the Sn/P ratio using an HMDP ligand produces complexes with different negative charges. Biological distribution studies show superior bone uptake of strongly negative charged complexes.
