## Abstract The rat gastrocnemius muscle can serve as a vascularized, innervated muscle transplant model. To establish the anatomic and technical details of this model, we performed ten gastrocnemius transplants and collected data on muscle weight, dimension, and vessel caliber from each muscle. Th
