✦ Synopsis
Five subtelocentric primary trisomics of Vicia faba L . were isolated from crosses between asynaptic mutants and normal plants or translocation tester stocks . The extra chromosome of each trisomic was identified cytologically by critical multivalent association at metaphase I of meiosis .
