We define an almost-cosymplectic-contact structure which generalizes cosymplectic and contact structures of an odd dimensional manifold. Analogously, we define an almost-coPoisson-Jacobi structure which generalizes a Jacobi structure. Moreover, we study relations between these structures and analyse
