✦ Synopsis
Abstract
Prefractal Hilbert curves are analyzed in terms of radiation efficiency, quality factor, and electrical size for their use as small self‐resonant monopole antennas. The structures show better performance as loads of monopoles than as radiating structures. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
