For the PCR reactions, the primers were at final concentrations of 12.5 ng/~tl, with 0.02 mM deoxynucleotides, 10 ng/pJ mouse DNA template, Ix buffer supplied with the Taq Polymerase (/kmer-shamTM), l~tCi of [0t-32P] dCTP, and 0.1 unit of Aanpli Taq Poly-
