โฆ Synopsis
The Cl* (d,n) reaction has also been observed with a targetof BaCO3 which was enriched about 40 per cent in C14. The calculated Q-value for the formation of N15 in its ground state is 8.02 Mev, and we have observed neutrons corresponding to this case. Other groups, expected from consideration of the known excited levels of N15, are also observed. The Ct4(d,n) reaction yields more than twice as many neutrons as Cl~(d,n) for deuterons of 1.26 Mev energy.

Hydraulic applications have increased with improved flow controls. The most effective method of controlling the fluid is at the pump. The designs of both the radial and axial piston pumps lend themselves to variable-delivery by simply changing the pump displacement. Thus, the output can be altered w
