✦ Synopsis


Entries are invited for the 2008 Forensic Science Society Essay Prize. This competition is open to final year students anywhere in the world currently studying on any full-time or part-time graduating course at a recognised institute of higher education (see below).

Commercialisation of forensic science provision… are we looking into Pandora's box?

The essay is to be between 5000 and 7000 words long and must be written in English.

The winner of the competition will receive a cheque for Β£200 and a set of forensic science related books. The winning essay will also be printed in Science and Justice.

The closing date for submissions is to be 31st March 2008.

Entries should be sent to: The Forensic Science Society and marked "Essay Prize" on the outside.
