✦ Synopsis

A very simple derivation of a Fokker-I'lanck equation for the distribution function oP the cod-to-end distance of polymer chain is proposed.

In contrast to well known methods of obtaining this equation the derivation also makes it possible to obtain the correct expression for the self-consistent field.
