## Abstract Schizophrenia is a complex neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by cognitive deficits. These deficits in cognitive functioning have been shown to relate to a variety of functional and treatment outcomes. Cognitive adaptation training (CAT) is a home‐based, manual‐driven treatment t
