โœฆ Synopsis


Artificial activation of microfilm thermosyphon evaporation by using surface treatment could bring the flow regime transition of two phase flow in narrow channel to occur at smaller heat fluxes so as to enhance heat transfer. Experimental results show that at heat flux of q less than 3 Kw/m 2 the temperature difference for boiling is reduced by O.17K to O.33K and the heat transfer coefficient is increased by 3 to 5 times, the trend is reversed at heat flux above 3 Kw/m 2. The critical heat flux for two phase flow in the narrow channel is reduced.
