✦ Synopsis

The electrosorption valency, y, for underpotential deposits of lead on platinum was determined experimentally in 0.1 M HClO,-O.l mM Pb (II) solution using the rotating ring-disc electrode (rrde). In dependence of the potential ranging from 0.6-0.75 V, the electrosorption valeney varies from 1.97 to 2.2.
